PAYMENT TERMS

I/We hereby agree to sponsor the CONEXT Conference, which is scheduled to take place on 8th & 9th October 2025 at The Forum | The Campus, Johannesburg,
South Africa.

I/We understand and agree that by this application I/we agree to abide fully and unreservedly with the Terms and Conditions and the Exhibition Regulations, a copy of which will be supplied to me/us upon receipt of a signed Sponsorship Agreement, and any amendments and additions to the Regulations which may be
imposed by the organizers in their discretion from time to time, where Regulations are deemed to be an integral part of this contract.

I/We agree to pay the stipulated rates as follows:

Upon submission of a signed Sponsorship Application Form a Tax Invoice for the full amount will be issued by the Organizer. 100 % of the total fees is due within 7 days from receipt of invoice. The timely payment of the total Fees as set out in this agreement is a precondition for the COMPANY’S use of the allocated rental space including stand assembly,
and for provision by the Organizers of any and all associated rights and benefits.
